За овесената вана ще ни трябват следните продукти:
1 чаша вода
1 супена лъжица олио
1 супена лъжица овесени семена

Измивате овесените зърна и ги заливате с вряла вода. Оставете ги за 20 минути да врят на котлона. След това ги изцедете, трябва ни само водата и към нея добавете олиото, след което разбъркайте добре. Сложете ръцете си във ваничката и ги дръжте така около 15 минути. След което не изплаквайте ръцете, а само ги попийте с хартиена или платнена салфетка.
